Shipping & Delivery
Our key business is mail order of 4×4 parts world wide. Four Wheel Drives despatches parcels worldwide on a daily basis. Here is a guide to some of the services we offer. If you are requiring delivery to a country other than Australia or New Zealand, please email email@example.com so we can quote you better pricing on freight.
Regular size and weight parcels are sent on a ‘cost per parcel’ rate. These parcels are to be less than 20kg and are also subject to size restrictions! Unfortunately the on line shop is unable to calculate the number of parcels that will be sent in your order
As a result you will be given the option of :
a) Allowing us to despatch without further contact or
b) Four Wheel Drives will contact you by phone or e-mail with delivery costs for your approval before despatch.
c) Pick up from our Warehouse open to the public 5 days a week at Four Wheel Drives 4/34 Melverton Drive Hallam Victoria 3803 Australia
Returns ONLY acceptable with prior authorisation from a Four Wheel Drives Team Member (please call 03 9890 0500) and completion of the Exchange & Returns Form (included with invoice). Goods must be returned with the original invoice issued by Four Wheel Drives within 30 days of the invoice date.
All goods must be returned in the same condition as when the parts left our premises.
All returns must be sent at customer’s expense.
Wrong Part – If you or Four Wheel Drives make a mistake, please call us immediately so we can send you the correct part as soon as possible. If we made an error, we will pay the additional shipping at standard postage rates only.
Goods specially ordered for you are non-returnable unless defective.
Opened goods WILL NOT be refunded unless faulty. Engine bearings removed from heat shrink packages are non-returnable under any circumstances.
Goods that have been damaged by incorrect installation or altered WILL NOT be accepted for returns. No returned goods shall be disassembled.
No refunds if you change your mind.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
All Parts sold with Manufacturer’s warranty only and covers 12 months from the purchase date. Warranty DOES NOT include Labour Costs, Electrical Items or Ignition Components. All claims to be assessed by the Manufacturer before a replacement can be sent at no charge. This guarantee is limited to the part we sold to you and does not cover any labour or other parts associated with the defective part.
